Agreement to terms By using torontoheatpumppros.ca or booking work with Toronto Heat Pump Pros, you agree to these terms. Each job is also governed by the written quote or work order you accept, which takes priority if anything conflicts. ## 2\. Quotes, pricing and payment Prices on this website are typical installed ranges in Canadian dollars, before rebates and applicable taxes, and are not an offer. Your price is set by a written quote after a Manual J load calculation and site visit. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Deposits, progress payments and final payment terms are listed on your quote. ## 4\. Rebates Rebate amounts shown on this site, including Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus, the Oil-to-Heat-Pump bonus and the Home Renovation Savings Program, are maximum "up to" amounts. Eligibility and payment are decided by the program administrators, depend on current program terms, completed pre and post-retrofit audits, equipment listings and household eligibility, and are never guaranteed by Toronto Heat Pump Pros. When we prepare and submit applications on your behalf, we do so as a service and are not responsible for program decisions or processing times. ## 5\. Scheduling and cancellations Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked visit. Equipment ordered specifically for your job may be subject to restocking fees if the job is cancelled after ordering. Condo installs depend on board approval and building access, and timelines may move with the building's requirements. ## 6\. Site access and conditions You agree to provide safe access to the work areas, the electrical panel and the outdoor unit location. Hidden conditions such as asbestos, damaged wiring, failed ductwork or structural issues discovered during work may require a change order before we continue. ## 7\. Warranty Equipment carries manufacturer parts coverage according to the manufacturer's registration terms, which we register on your behalf. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation work, electrical work and refrigerant line routing, as described on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, power events, third-party alterations or acts of nature. ## 8\. Emergency service Our phone is answered 24/7 and we aim to dispatch the same day for no-heat calls. Arrival times depend on weather, traffic and call volume and are estimates, not guarantees. ## 9\. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Heat Pump Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including energy costs, lost rental income or temporary accommodation, arising from equipment failure or delays outside our control. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job. ## 10\. Website content Content on this website is general information, not engineering or financial advice for your specific home.
