The town has three residential heritage districts: Old Oakville (1982), First and Second Street (1987) and Trafalgar Road (1994). Many of the older lakeshore homes sit inside them, so outdoor unit placement is planned with the street view in mind.

**Glen Abbey, River Oaks, Joshua Creek and the north end.** Ducted homes from the 1990s to 2020s, many on their first furnace and AC. Straight central heat pump swaps on existing ducts, **Manual J first**, static pressure tested.

## Covering Bronte to Joshua Creek
